Just looking at this photo is making me hungry again. I’ve tried some creamy/alfredo type of vegan pasta recipes before and they’ve been pretty good…but this recipe from It Doesn’t Taste Like Chicken is delicious! It’s so good that Lucas and I devoured it all in less than two days, and I plan on making it again ASAP. I may even make some extra sauce so I can freeze it for future lazy days.
The combination of the cashew cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and chopped garlic is so tasty, and it’s filling and comforting. I used gluten free rice pasta, but you could use whatever kind you prefer. I also topped it with some more fresh basil, red pepper flakes, and vegan parm.
If you like creamy pasta sauces, I highly recommend trying this one!
