Easy, delicious vegan "parmesean" cheese!

  • 1½ cups plain cashews
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic granules or powder
  1. Combine ingredients in a food processor and pulse/blend until a fine meal forms.
*Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
*Don't stress over your ratios--this recipe is flexible.
*You can use salted cashews, just add less salt.
*If you don't have a food processor, you can use a blender, it may just come out a little chunkier because it usually doesn't grind as evenly.
