Costume details: Over-sized red Fangtasia t-shirt/dress: RedBubble (I usually wear a Small or Medium t-shirt, but I ordered this one in 2XL for the over-sized look), white tennis shoes: Walmart (I already had these from my Lilly Kane & River Vixens cosplays, you can get similar ones from Amazon), blonde curly wig: Arda Wigs Ferrari (Ash Blonde)

Makeup details (all vegan & cruelty free products):

Face: Urban Decay Stay Naked Foundation (30NN, sample), Too Faced Born This Way Sculpting Concealer (Porcelain), Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder (1 Fair), Flower Beauty Blush Bomb Color Drops (Pinched), Milk Makeup Lip+Cheek (Perk, mini size), Milk Makeup Matte Bronzer (Baked, mini size), Urban Decay Chill Cooling and Hydrating Makeup Setting Spray (sample)

Eyes: Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter (Opal) & Physician’s Formula Butter Bronzer (Bronzer), e.l.f. Shimmering Highlighting Powder (Starlight Glow), Colourpop crème gel liners (Mr. Bing & over board), Pacifica Magical Multi-Pencil, Milk Makeup KUSH High Volume Mascara (mini size)

Lips: E.L.F. Cosmetics Gotta Glow Lip Tint (Perfect Peach), Milk Makeup Lip+Cheek (Perk, mini size), Colourpop Just a Tint Lip Crayon (Maui Wowie)

Makeup & photos by me! I shot these self portraits on my Nikon d610/Nikon 50mm 1.8D lens with a Fovitec softbox

I’ve been wanting to cosplay Sookie for years now, and I kept thinking I’d go back to blonde at some point and do it…but why wait, that’s what wigs are for! (Plus I don’t know if/when I’ll actually go back to blonde since I love being a redhead.)

This Sookie cosplay was easy to put together, and I’m happy with how it came out–what do you think? Have you done any True Blood cosplay? Who’s your favorite character? Let me know in the comments! Also check out this post I did when I was planning this look for my inspiration photos of Sookie, or check out all of my True Blood posts here.

[…] Today I’m sharing another easy True Blood costume idea: Sookie Stackhouse in an oversized Fangtasia shirt. I’ve been wanting to do this idea for a couple of years now, and I recently ordered a Fangtasia shirt so I can finally go for it! (Update: check out my cosplay of this look here!) […]
