Ingredients
  

  • For the soy curls:
  • 1 package soy curls
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • For the tacos:
  • Corn tortillas
  • Optional toppings: guacamole pico de gallo, salsa, lime, cilantro, vegan cheese shreds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F/204 degrees C.
  • Put the soy curls in a bowl, cover with water, and allow to soak for at least 10 minutes (or as long as the instructions say.)
  • Drain the soy curls and spread them out on a silicone or parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle generously with salt, pepper, garlic, onion, paprika, or any taco/fajita spices.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, flip the soy curls, and bake for another 10 minutes or until crispy.
  • Serve on warm corn tortillas with guacamole, pico, or toppings of choice.
